1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the OpenA2A Community platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
The Service is operated by the OpenA2A Project. These Terms govern your use of our platform for managing AI agent identities and MCP (Model Context Protocol) server registrations.
2. Description of Service
OpenA2A Community provides a free platform for:
- Registering and managing AI agent identities
- Registering and discovering MCP servers
- Establishing trust relationships between agents
- Managing access permissions and credentials
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password and any credentials used to access the Service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts
- Violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
- Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
- Submit false or misleading information when registering agents or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or computer systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
5. AI Agent Registrations
When registering AI agents on our platform:
- You are responsible for the actions and behavior of any AI agents you register
- You must ensure your agents comply with applicable laws and these Terms
- We reserve the right to suspend or remove agent registrations that violate these Terms
- Agent identities and credentials issued through the platform remain subject to our policies
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the OpenA2A Project and its licensors.
Our Service is open source under the Apache 2.0 license. You may use, modify, and distribute the source code in accordance with that license.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
In no event shall the OpenA2A Project, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
